CBL Consulting have been appointed as Project Engineers on the final phase of the Admiral Park development. The £40 million scheme will consist of a landmark six-storey, 66,500 square foot office development & additional multi-storey car parking.

The steel framed office building will be constructed of ComFlor decking with stability being provided by a pre-cast concrete central core and will be supported off of reinforced concrete piled foundations.
