CBL Consulting worked with Cala Homes on the civil and structural aspects of this prestigious 45 unit development on the outskirts of Tunbridge Wells and in addition to structural design provided highways and tracking solutions for the development, on a clay site with limited drainage discharges.  Working within planning constraints negotiated by others CBL Consulting also undertook the detailed drainage design.
