JOHN STAINER SCHOOL
John Stainer Community Primary School aimed to expand its intake from 2FE to 3FE. Built Offsite designed and constructed a new nursery facility, along with a three-storey building that houses a reception classroom, hall, and kitchen. The project also included a substantial package of internal remodeling, all of which needed to be completed during the summer holidays to minimize disruption. The entire scheme was successfully finished within this timeframe, ready for the new school year. The structure features a two-storey modular design supported by a composite structural steel frame, with a one-meter clear span to transfer the structure over the sports hall, built on a piled foundation solution.

New surface water and foul drainage was also designed to facilitate the development.
