CBL Consulting partnered closely with Infinity Construction and JG Architecture to successfully deliver the Sycamore Avenue and Les Bas Courtil projects. Our team provided comprehensive structural and civil engineering expertise throughout the process.

For Sycamore Avenue, we designed the substructure and superstructure for all 13 residential units, while also overseeing the design for the four new units at Les Bas Courtil. Our scope also included structural guidance for the Main House and Barn-converted units, ensuring a cohesive approach across the development.

Through thorough site investigations, we determined that a reinforced concrete raft slab foundation was the optimal solution. CBL meticulously handled the full design, reinforcement detailing, and scheduling for this foundation solution.

The superstructure was crafted using traditional construction materials, incorporating robust steel beams and frames alongside masonry and timber elements. In addition to structural design, we developed a detailed gravity drainage solution for the site, integrating Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SUDS) for effective surface water management. Our team provided comprehensive drawings and details to support this innovative approach.
